- BBBan No seriously just BanSep 21, 20262.0I get its fast food but this store has given me the most complaints of any location. Over the course of a year I have been turned away or ignored at the drive through four (4) times. Once, the woman said into the speaker “I’m not taking any orders right now - I just can’t”. Today, I was told “just so you know it’s going to be at least a fifteen (15) minute wait”. The other two times I waited for probably 3-5 minutes never hearing a squeak out of the box so I pulled up to the window. Both times no one at the window either. I was as worried they might be getting robbed so I checked the doors and they were locked. Both times they were not getting robbed and this was at 4pm so it’s not like I was as hovering around at open/closing hours. I can’t say if it’s lazy workers or poor staffing. If it’s poor staffing my heart goes out to the workers that show up. If it’s laziness - well there you have it. Either way it’s a management issue that has led to problem after problem after problem after problem with this store.

The four burritos all came in with huge quesadilla tortillas that were NOT GRILLED. Tortilla mess. The Mexican pizza was also ruined, smashed into 2D and had to be scraped off of both sides of the box. Can't count how many issues I've had at this location. Just go to the Moraine Point Plaza location instead..
