  This would get zero stars if I could give , for the fact that we went into the restaurant at 8 PM and all the chairs had been pushed up against the wall and nobody was cleaning the floor that’s number one number two we stood at the counter for 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged us, even though they looked at us, but they said nothing. Then when you ask for anything extra or changing of your food, you always get an attitude. All the specialty drinks were completely out and when I asked if there was any in the drive-in section, they told me no and they weren’t bringing any more out and the restaurant was open until 11 PM. The trash was overflowing as always when we go here, The floors were dirty. It just happened to be a rainy night and all the rugs were rolled up in the corner, and the floors were slippery, this could’ve been a disaster If someone would happen to slip coming in the door. The staff has absolutely no customer service skills.

  We had a pickup order scheduled for 8, to be picked up in the drive-thru. We got to drive through at 8:00. There were several cars in front of us so we knew we'd have to wait a little bit. It was not until 8:25 that we got up to the window. But that's okay it should be quick, since we got an email at like 8:05 saying the order was ready. Sure enough, they have no idea where our order is. They asked us our name, go look for it for a few minutes, come back and say your name is "Somebody else's name" right? Nope, give them our name again they go back in. They come back out a couple more times every time clarifying our name a different name than what we had said the previous time. At this point it's 8:30. They are also checking other orders and just opening bags that don't have our name, and then moving on since they can't tell if it's our order or not. We've been in line for 30 minutes with a crying baby in the backseat at this point, and we can't even bail because there's a concrete barrier on our right side that blocks us in. They come back again finally with a receipt, they found the online order and have to make it still (despite the fact that it already said online that it was ready, clearly they're marking them ready even if they aren't yet I imagine just to hit some metrics or something). Spend another 10 minutes in line. Finally we get it, just a "sorry for the wait". Order was supposed to be ready at 8, get email it's ready to 8:05, sit in line for the next 40 minutes. Food was cold. I have no doubt that most of the workers there were doing the best that they could. But I'm sure they are understaffed and clearly not managed well.

  My husband ordered Chipotle last night, and I became violently ill with an hour after only eating about a quarter of my burrito bowl. My stomach felt like it was being stabbed from the inside, and I was in and out of the bathroom for hours. I will be fine a complaint with the department of health.
