  I had to take the time to write about our experience here on 5/14 aro 9 pm. We stopped in because my daughter wanted food. Being scared of the prior reviews we stopped anyway! I have to give Kudos to Hannah! She was so professional and to my surprise practiced all food safety protocols while filling my order! She was cashing someone out before getting my food she stopped washed hands, gloves, etc! This never happens in other locations and we have been to many we are not from Butler. While food was less than impressive HANNAH THANK YOU…You were AMAZING and I hope your employer appreciates you!!!

  Ordered 3 burritos one with steak and chicken and when I say the steak tasted and was more fat and rubber than anything if I got 3 bites I didn’t have to spit out due to not being able to chew them the dogs would give you a 4 star but myself step up the quality of proteins you make enough money to buy the premium

  I just left chipotle, and was not impressed at all. They were not willing to open products, like corn and lettuce. The workers were continuously fighting and screaming at each other. This is not my first time experiencing this. The employes were rushing to clean and close, they even took food from the front.

  I don’t know what dimension this Chipotle is operating in, but it’s definitely not the one where food is supposed to be warm and edible. I ordered ahead while literally sitting in the parking lot, thinking I was being efficient to avoid a cold burrito bowl… bold of me. By the time I picked it up in the drive-thru, my bowl had somehow aged 3–5 business days. Rice was cold, steak had the texture of a boot, and the queso was literally 1% queso and 99% water. If you’re craving Chipotle, do yourself a favor and simply don’t come here. Drive farther. Walk farther. Grow your own ingredients. Your stomach (and your trust issues) will thank you unless you're okay with folks freestyling whatever the hell you just ordered. I've given this place SO many chances and they've failed me each time since the location was opened. Also, if you try to request a refund through the app, goodluck! Its between you and God at this point.

  I spent almost $16 on a double steak, extra rice burrito bowl for my son yesterday & the steak was so spicy he couldn’t eat it. My husband assumed he was exaggerating , so he took a bite & agreed that it was extremely spicy. Neither one of them could eat it, so it got thrown away.
