  I am beyond pissed right now. I just had the worst fast food experience of my life. We have had great experiences here previously when we dine in, but tonight we arrived a few minutes past eleven, when the dining area closes so we ordered in the app and pulled into the drive thru line to pick up our food. There were a couple cars in front of us waiting who eventually drove up (which we came to learn was giving up) and when we got to the speaker, no one answered us. We waited there for ten or more minutes before pulling up to the window to attempt to get the attention of a worker. However, the staff willfully ignored us, even when I banged on the windows, until one man motioned forward (which I thought meant for us to drive up to the next window) after another 15 or so minutes. We drove up to the next window where no one answered us for another fifteen minutes, and a line formed behind us of other cars. We talked to a couple guys who had also made mobile orders and were in the same situation. Eventually, a lady who had been ignoring us for minutes came up to the window and shook her head, yelling incoherently through the closed window, and locked the latch in front of my face. I canceled the order after wasting 45 minutes. We later saw some cops pull into the McDonald's with their sirens on. Hopefully someone called the cops on the incompetent workers. I will be calling corporate. Unbelievable!

  Don't go here around midnight on a Friday. I almost waited an hour in the drive thru. They must only have 2 people working. At least my food was made well and fresh.
