- RBRhonda BApr 4, 20262.0Me and my fiancee got the sips club for 4 months. We haven't used it every day though because it seems like such a waste to get a plastic cup every day. We wrote Panera and were told to ask management and it shouldn't be a problem. So we got sips last night and they said it's not a problem and we told the counter to please put the cups back as we brought reusable ones and she said not a problem. This morning we go to this location and tell them that we brought our own reusable cups to please put those back and she said they aren't allowed to put them back. We will not be renewing our sips club. Shame on Panera for contributing to the land fills and encouraging people to get a plastic cup every day if not multiple times a day. It's so disappointing because everyone at Panera is always helpful and friendly and the food and drinks are amazing. It's so sad that Panera can't figure out how to have a "bring your own reusable cup" option. We can't with good conscious keep the sips club membership knowing that even if we bring our own reusable cup, apparently they just throw out the plastic cup we were going to use.

They never seem to make coffee right away! Of all the shops I've been to, this is the most disappointing. I always have to wait 10 minutes for coffee. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🥲🥲🥲 So many people are working, and not a single person comes to make coffee. ☕️️ヽ(´-`)ﾉ Having customers wait for coffee isn't your priority.
