  The manager SMACKED my to-go order out of my hand, and her staff threatened me. DO NOT waste your hard-earned money at this place. I work as a DoorDash driver as a side job, and I came to this restaurant earlier tonight to pick up an order. I walked up to the to-go rack and found my order. Most places that use these racks expect drivers to locate and grab their own orders so staff can stay focused on customers and food prep. The manager, Anaiyah, walked up without saying a word and SMACKED the bag out of my hand. She then yelled, “You don’t come up and take it — you ask us first!” I was shocked, so I responded with a smile and a ,“Alright now, it doesn’t have to be all that.” I didn't care that I had to ask for it, but there was a less hostile, more mature way to convey that rule. Instead of calming down, she became even more aggressive and claimed she never smacked the bag out of my hand, even though it had just happened. I told her Im well aware of what i just experienced, tried to laugh it off and move on. I was getting the order ready to leave in my phone, but she decided to continue escalating the situation and got two other guys from the kitchen involved. Sure enough, both of them came out acting aggressive and attempting to intimidate me, puffing out their chests even though they had no idea what had happened nor wanted to know. One of the guys was apparently being trained as a manager BY Anaiyah, believe it or not. I asked the younger guy who he was, trying to figure out whether he was also a manager, and he just stared at me trying to be intimidating. At a certain point, I genuinely thought I might have to defend myself from these three employees and the manager, Anaiyah, already technically assaulted me by slapping a bag out of my hand. The staff here has a serious professionalism and behavior problem, and they need some accountability. I honestly cannot believe this Twilight Zone-level incident actually happened. I will be attempting to contact the general manager over the next few days to report what happened. In conclusion, if you're thinking about patronizing this company, DON'T. I've managed a kitchen before and I'd be hiring someone new the next day if I ever saw or heard anything like this about my team. The place was a ghetto circus. My partner wanted to try this place since I mentioned it recently, but the experience at a Philly McDonald's is less trashy, so we'll eat literally anywhere else. I recommend you ask do the same.

  Great location, excellent customer service by nassir. Great representation of your Brand. He will be a running a location one day. Or should be.

  I’ve never really had a bad experience at this location except for on Sundays. I don’t know what it is, but the cashier/food prep lady is so stingy when it comes to the honey bar. To pay 8+ dollars for something and can eat it in 4 bites is crazy. I feel like I shouldn’t have to “ask for more” and it’s always happens on a Sunday evening, but idk if it’s the same lady all the time tho.

  20 out of 10! That's how pleased I was with the service and the food! Lunch rush and I was in and out! The young lady expediting the food was efficient and so pleasant Making everyone laugh and feel seen. Awesome job everyone!
