  An employee with a cart for curbside pick up named Melody was very sweet and helpful today. I was looking for escarole but couldnt find it, she mustve noticed and stopped what she was doing to ask if I needed help. When she didnt know where it was she said she would ask and come right back. She didnt need to walk more than five paces before finding another employee in produce who was able to point out where the escarole was. Very kind and great teamwork from the employees.

  I love a service that Giant started in the mist of Covid where you place your order online and you pull up to a parking space they bring it out to you and if you go. I’m so happy that they’ve continued this service because it’s so simple to use you don’t overspend and you’re off in less than five minutes after you arrive.
