    Made my burger wrong twice. Waited half an hour as my family ate their meals still didn’t receive my order so when I went up to ask about it. Was told the cook wasn’t remaking it. Guess it’s my fault they can’t read the order and make it correct. Got refunded my money for my meal and went home hungry.

    The food was good and tasted fresh, so no complaints there. However, the cleanliness of the dining area was disappointing. The trash was overflowing and there was garbage left on tables, which made the restaurant feel unclean. I understand places get busy, but keeping the dining area maintained is important. Hoping this improves because the food itself was good.

    I am not usually one to complain, but this was an awful experience overall. All of the food was cold and obviously old especially the fries and the burger. We ordered hot dogs with everything on them and the only thing that came on them was onions. I ordered a peanut butter sundae and I found 2 separate hairs. I will definitely not be back to this location.

    Waited 45 mins for 2 chicken strip baskets. Finally went to the counter to find out the smart alec at the drawer never put the order in. Then they cooked the wrong order. Finally bring our baskets and never brought our extra fry. Then they forgot our drink cups. Ordered at 7:35, and at 8:21 we finally left to get our two little ones home. Workers just act like they don’t care and never bothered to offer a coupon or anything for them messing up FOUR TIMES. Avoid this place like the plague.

    I would give 0 stars if possible. What a joke. The girl with the black hair couldn’t be any more ignorant with customers. Would just stare you down not pleasant at all. Don’t recommend this place at all. They count even get simple orders right. Going out into the seating area to ask customers to hand over receipts bc they “forgot” where they put the slips. It’s so unorganized it’s not even funny
