Very disappointed in this location. We love Pizza Hut, but this place has always messed up our order 100% of the time. We just tried 1 last time to see what would happen. We ordered delivery. After waiting 1.5 hours, we called. It was Pizza Hut corporate who explained that they couldn’t find a driver, so they cancelled the order. Absolutely joke of a Pizza Hut. Do yourself a favor and go down the street. Dominoes and PapaJohns are right there.

Overall, everything was good and we enjoyed the food. There was just a small mistake with the pizza toppings. I ordered mushrooms on the pizza, but instead I received onions. It wasn’t a big deal, but I wanted to mention it since I was asked to leave a review. Other than that, everything was good.

I wish I could put zero. The customer service at this Pizza Hut location was unacceptable. I placed a walk-in order and returned about 20 minutes later to pick it up. The manager asked which order was mine, and I explained that no one had taken my name. He walked away and never returned to give me an update. After 35 minutes total, I asked to speak with a manager—that’s when I learned the person I had already spoken to was the manager. He told me the cook had never put my order in. Why wasn’t I told this when I first asked? By then, six customers who arrived after me had received their orders. When I asked the manager for his name, his response was, “What for?” That was dismissive and unprofessional, especially after I had already waited so long without an explanation. I finally received my order 45 minutes after placing it. The delay, lack of communication, and manager’s attitude made this an extremely frustrating experience. I will not return to this location. The entire team, including the manager, needs proper customer service training.
