  I ordered the combo meal. Pizza and wings. It was made to order and was hot and fresh a pond pick up.

  Regular customer. Worst service to date. online order for pickup - they "forgot" the 2nd pizza. Cashier lets the crew know, tells me it'll be ready in 15mins. Ask for an update after 10mins because there were mistakes on several other orders while I was waiting. the cooks hadn't started the pizza. Cashier tells me "the (re)order didn't go through" after having talked to the cooks directly. Offers me a refund or to resubmit the order for me. Opt to resubmit and was again told it'll be ready in 15mins. Wait another 20mins. More orders are wrong or were delayed. At least 3 other customers come back because of order issues. Ask for another update. Again told that the order had not gone through. Opted for the refund this time. Will not be going back for the foreseeable future.
