I called many times on Monday there wasn’t an answer so I decided to go to the location and a gentleman greeted me immediately with kindness and reassurance as he took my order, service was amazing and food was even better I will definitely go again

Service was horrible. I called to place my order at 1. The lady who took my order said it would be 30 min. I get there after 30 (may have arrived a lil earlier) paid for my order and she tells me it will be ready in 15 min. No big deal. I go to my car and after waiting 10 min i go back inside and only after overhearing the lady tell an officer who placed an order and was waiting that they have 3 large catering orders and they are backed up. Well, you should of said that on the phone...lady. Then she tells me my stromboli is going in the oven now. Back to car, back inside to wait. While waiting i overheard another conversation she was having with a manager or boss of hers and needless to say they lied to a customer who called and was waiting for their delivery order. Conversations like these should nevee be heard by a customer. After waiting, btw i just wanted to grab something to eat, take my wife some lunch (she missed hers ) go home watch some anime before i have to pick the kids of from school. Lost day. Thanks alot Femi. The fake smile when you handed me my stromboli was not needed. There was no care from the cooks or managers or anyone there. Guess the mighty dollar won this round.

Worst wait time for a pizza of my life. It was over an hour wait and I PICKED IT UP. Online order was placed and I was told it would be ready for pickup in a half hour. I get there and the counter associates keep walking away as I inquire about my missing food. When I finally have someone answer me about my pizza, the PIE WAS NEVER EVEN PUT IN THE OVEN.

I placed an order for a 2 medium pizzas, 1) a white pizza, and 2) a plain pie with light cheese. You know what they gave me? Whatever the restaurant felt like giving. Called to say I got a wrong order at delivery to be told there's nothing they can do. I ended up calling again to order another pie without a correction or make up for their mess up. Rude customer service. Waste of money too
