They never toast the bagel, it is microwaved, and the smallest amount of cream cheese is put on where you don’t even taste it. Service is horrible and the food is worst.

I’m usually a very understanding customer and don’t mind overlooking small mistakes, which is why I gave this Dunkin’ several chances. But today was the last straw. I ordered an iced coffee with cold foam, but it came with a thick, whipped cream-like topping instead. The older employee was rude from the start and later admitted that the cold foam canister was almost empty, which is why it came out that way. Instead of remaking my drink, she just added a little fresh cold foam on top. To make things worse, she touched the foam with her bare hand while putting the lid back on. Even though I tried to wipe it off, I couldn’t get past the fact that she had touched my drink. I tried to drink it anyway, but the foam was so thick that it formed a big clump on top, making the coffee impossible to drink. I ended up throwing away my $5 coffee. The ironic part is that there’s a sign on the door saying they’ll remake your drink if you’re not satisfied. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience at all. Everyone I know who has been to this location has described the same older employee as rude. I believe she may be the manager, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Being rude is one thing, but serving a drink that isn’t even drinkable and then refusing to remake it is another. Five dollars may not seem like much, but it’s too much to pay for a drink that ends up in the trash. I sincerely hope Dunkin’ looks into what is happening at this location and improves both the customer service and quality standards.

Went out of my way to get a refund because when I got home I realized my hashbrowns were raw and stuck together and my chocolate frosted donut was completely melted. Mind you I went at 10am. Please check your bags before pulling off! This was the third and final time they got away with doing this to me.
