Severly short staff . It was the weekend but impossible to get anyone’s attention in there. Bottom level had all empty bays . The staff was very friendly but wrking their butts off ! Also in the heat felt bad for them. Arrived at our bay an it was covered with dishes and food from last people and floors were a mess. Staff actually told me they were short so I made sure to tip well . Drinks didn’t come until the end. This was my first time coming to this one last few times have been at Myrtle an was a different experience. The game was fun tho and liked how the location was easy to get too . Also be able to book way in advance on the app for how busy they are . Still will be coming back soon !

Went for an event put on by husband's workplace. The food was great, but the evening was completely marred by the fact that there were multiple large birds of prey stuck in the nets around the green.
It was so sad and clearly the employees had no idea what to do about it. I hate to see animals get hurt. And of course, we couldn't golf while the birds where stuck either, which was the whole point of the event... We waited until about 9 p.m. and then gave up and went home.
I don't understand how you can have this huge establishment and not have measures in place to help prevent this??? Or to free the birds???
The nets are basically invisible to the eye. Why not have them white instead of black... Hokes smaller or bigger, surely a wildlife expert could advise them in many ways to make this safer for large birds.
Overall was just sad and disappointing. I hope the workplace gets some of their money back, especially considering it is a non-profit. I won't ever return due to their irresponsibility regarding wild animals.

Traveled 2 hours from Erie to get there 10 minutes after opening only to get turned away for a bird in the netting. Staff was less than compassionate and offered nothing for a time frame or anything. Thankfully the TopGolf in Cleveland is about the same distance away. Could not be more disappointed in this establishment.

This place has terrible management. I’ve been to TopGolfs all over the states and they’ve all been great except this one. My family and I arrived at 1:20 pm and was told it would be a two hour wait to golf. I was also told if I went offsite that we would need to be within 15 minutes to get back and still get the bay. When I got the text while out to eat the text said I could hold the booth for 30 minutes if needed so that’s what we did. I got back to TopGolf within 20 minutes and the manager informed me it would be another 35 minute wait. It took another 85 minutes from that point to actually get the bay!! On top of that I ordered an Old Fashioned that was made with a half shot of bourbon for $17.

We recently visited Topgolf and overall, the experience playing was great. Our group of 7 spent over 2 hours there and ordered a good amount of food and drinks—easily over $500—so we were definitely there to enjoy the full experience.
However, the way things were handled at the end really left a bad impression. When we finished, our server was cleaning up a nearby table before bringing us our bill, which we had no problem waiting for. We were being patient and fully intended to pay and leave.
Out of nowhere, a staff member named Chelsey—who we hadn’t interacted with at all—came up and told us we had to leave because a party was coming in, and that we couldn’t just be sitting there. The issue wasn’t being asked to move—it was the fact that we hadn’t even been given the chance to pay yet, and the way she approached us came off as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
It felt disrespectful, especially considering we had been good customers and were simply waiting on our check. Situations like that should be handled with a bit more understanding and courtesy.
Again, the gameplay and overall experience were fun, but I would strongly suggest taking a closer look at how staff communicates with guests. Based on other reviews mentioning similar issues, this may be something that needs attention.
