  My boyfriend and I went to sonic drive-in on Washington Pike Bridgeville, PA today as it is very hot out. We both get our favorite drinks but today the girl came out and gave us the wrong drinks. She gave us something with strawberries in it and they were both half filled. We told her that the drinks she gave us were not our drinks and she started giving us attitude for no reason. We were very nice telling her and I showed her my order through the app and she went back in. She brought out the rest of our items still with an attitude like we did something wrong. She gave us our drinks and my slushy is mostly melted and a little bit frozen. the other drinks don't have a lot of what we were asking for. I also got an ice cream but she forgot to give us the spoon for it so we stopped her while she was walking passed still giving us attitude. When she came back she gave my bf the spoon but while walking off she started to give him the stink eye for no reason. This was one of the worst experience I have ever had at a sonic and it's really sad that this happened. I understand when your busy you get frustrated bc of how busy you are but if your customers are being nice about you giving them the wrong order it doesn't call for giving them attitude and a stink eye in the end. One photo is what I ordered and one is of a drink we didn’t order and did not look like it was properly made. I hope this sonic gets back on there feet and have better customer service!

  Always love the food, sometimes the screens are hard to read during certain times of the day and are very dim. Overall still great.

  I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins with no one answering. Drive around the front to see the two employees sitting outside and no one inside in the middle of the day on a Sunday with a line of cars…. Went to the park area sat there for another 5 mins no response. I don’t know how this place is even “open”.

  Staying and eating at one of their drive up spots are probably better, but as far as going through the drive thru... it's pretty poor. #1 The speaker barely works to the point you can't really hear them and #2 it always seems like they are confused and have no clue of what they are doing. The food is always good, whenever they get it right.

  The last two times we went to the location in bridgeville PA they never responded to there com system to do the drive up and order. First time we waited around 30mins with no reply and ended up having to go through the drive through to even order food which took around another 25/30mins and they werent even that busy. Second time (April 25th, 2026) tried the drive up com again waited 15mins no reply ended up doing there walk up service. They still didnt reply and we actually had to pull a employee aside to respond to our order. It like there com systems don't work. Someone really needs to check this out or do something about this because the wait times are outrageous and im pretty sure if not going through the drive through or pulling an employee aside when you do tge walk up service... you probably would never get your order taken.
