  I placed an order using the Sonic app. I arrived at this Sonic location and all of the bays were either occupied or blocked by the drive thru line. I waited for a bay to open up and followed the instructions on the app (pull into any bay and check in on the app or press the red button and tell the which bay you're in). I checked in and entered the bay number on the app. Waited about 5 - 7 minutes. I then pressed the red button and told them I have an app order. They told me to go through the drive thru. The whole point of me using the app was to avoid the drive thru and the waiting. So I went through the drive thru. Waited. Waited some more. I finally got my food and you guessed it; aggressively room temperature. As if the food had been sitting around for 25 minutes, also waiting. It's a shame, really, because the food would have been pretty decent if it had been even the slightest bit warm. Oh and they forgot the ketchup packet I requested. I would avoid this place at lunch time. And don't bother using the app, just check to see how busy they are before committing to placing an order.

  We visited this location on 07/12, we ordered a dragon fruit lemonade. staff did not notify us they were out of dragon fruit until after we had paid and received our drinks. this was not communicated through the carhop speaker so we could substitute the flavor. we were charged for the flavoring we never received, no refund or substitute was offered. and the staff left with an eye roll and did not offer any assistance. work apathy should never be tolerated when you work in the customer service industry ESPECIALLY when it comes to correct billing of customers. this location needs to do better, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a common issue among this restaurant that has not been fixed.

  Heath Blast has Reese's in it, Reese's Blast had Heath in it, location was a mess, required customer infront of us to swipe card on the outside of the building like an atm and they struggled with it. Avoid.

  Not sure what they are doing in there but they are definitely NOT fast food. Waited 20 minutes for someone to even take my oder at the drive-through. No one was in front of me. Then waited another 20 minutes at the window. Was really tempted to just leave. Only order 3 coney dogs and a large moz. Unacceptable.

  Went through the drive through and they messed up my order so I pulled around to the stall and then proceeded to wait 5 minutes to even get someone through the speaker and ended up leaving without getting my remaining food
