  Always horribly understaffed. In my most recent visit, I was left waiting ~30 minutes after checking in at a stall for a mobile order. Employee came out and asked what I was waiting on, then had to take a picture of my order on my phone because it had been so long that I guess it wasn't even in their system anymore? And then I finally get my food a few minutes later, and it's cold... He was apologetic about it at least, and the individual employee(s) probably aren't to blame, but their management clearly needs to step things up.

  Sat in the stall for 30 minutes, pressed the red button twice and never had my order taken. Went to mcdonald's down the road

  I came to sonic today and all of their drive ins are down so you can’t even drive-through and order at the drive ins. I had to go through the drive-through. The card readers are not working and wasn’t working for the second time I came around. You literally have to give your card to the lady standing at the window and she has to walk away with your card. I do not like the fact that my food is very sloppy and I don’t like the wait time that it takes for you to get your food.This is the only sonic near me and I use to love coming here but being this is my second time here and it’s not right at all I don’t think I will be returning.

  Pulled into Bay 4 at 415 on a Tuesday. Hit the call button; message came up saying "button activated we'll be right with you. After about 10 minutes it went out. Hit it again. 10 minutes later I got out of my car and tried the button at the kiosk near the tables. Then I knocked on the employee only door to no answer. Left and went elsewhere. Chatted with a coworker about it. He told me he waited about 20 minutes for the saltiest burger he ever had earlier the same day. Don't waste your time.
