  It was okay. My wife's extra mushroom pizza didn't have extra and that's not the 1st time

  Heed the other one star reviews- it’s been an hour and a half since I ordered, multiple door dashers have arrived at the restaurant and then canceled because it’s not ready, and no one will answer the phone to let me cancel the order.

  They made 5 different customers wait over 30 minutes before they would acknowledge anyone. When people asked if they could get their food they flat out ignored them. Multiple employees too. It was almost comical. The only words said to the customers were "oh my God it's raining so hard." 10 minutes later one woman ring everyone out like nothing had happened. Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. They were all cold. One pizza they forgot to put cheese on a third of it. The slices don't line up either so I'm not sure if it is a whole pizza or just random slices.

  Was told on the phone after ordering that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to pick up my order and paid for my order, then waited an additional 40 minutes till my food was ready. The manager said that they messed up on the pizza and said they couldn’t remake it (20 more minutes) or store credit $10 for the messed pizza. I chose to accept the store credit which he said would be linked to my phone number. Not sure how that works but I think he spoofed me. Would not recommend ordering from there!

  This is the best experience I've had at a Pizza Hut since the 90's, and I can't say enough good things about the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. The manager went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and make sure our experience was top tier. If you're craving pizza, stop here, and I know you'll have a great meal and be treated like family. Thank you to the manager for making this such a stand out experience. Truly, this was the best Pizza Hut pizza I've had since I was a kid, so if you're hungry, head here!
