  Dirty place. Terrible experience. If the hantavirus comes to Pittsburgh with its rodents this dirty store will be the first infected. Talked to the “manager” who had been employed for 3 weeks. Pizza looked like it was in the oven for 4 minutes as many reviews say, always a bad experience. Truly a vile place. “Jerome” is supposed to reach out. I didn’t want a credit but she was adamant that she would apply it to the app. Credit was never applied. If it were, I would give it to anyone on here. Edited to add: Jerome called me and said that “I would have to see him in person and face to face” for me to get a refund. Then went on to add if his Pizza Hut location were so bad (read the other reviews) why have I ordered it 3 times in 4 years (what?) — he said the person above him was on vacation and he was or wasn’t going to relay the info to him. I called the other Pizza Hut to get clarity on who ran this one and they confirmed my suspicions: Jerome is known as confrontational and picks fights with customers and Jerome’s boss is not on vacation and will call tomorrow.

  Ordered a large 3 topping with pepperoni, mushrooms and green pepper. For whatever reason they put onions on the pizza. Also they did not put the Garlic-Parm Hut Blend on the pizza.

  Disappointing experience. Ordered personal pan with extra mushrooms and got 1 mushroom on each slice and almost.no tomato sauce.Tried to call and complain; phone just rang and rang until disconnected. Giving 2 stars because staff is very nice.

  8/10x, my pizza’s incorrect and I need to go back in, I always pick up at the location, to ask for a topping to be added. This topping is usually pesto drizzle, which is like, not anything crazy that isn’t actually just straight up offered on their mobile app. Ive had meat added to my pizza when I wasn’t eating meat as well, which is even worse. Last night, I went in to pick up a pizza (chicken, black olive, pesto drizzle) and the pizza was overcooked AND missing the pesto. Brought this to someone’s attention, the pesto part, bc I was gonna eat it even if overcooked, and then it turned out they “didn’t have any.” Mind you, there’s nothing in the app that indicated this topping was sold out/not available. They offered me some other sauce but I was already so annoyed I just politely declined and cut my losses. The pizza was SO dry. Some of it didn’t even have cheese on it. The cheese that WAS on it was overcooked. Things are too expensive out here to be messing up on such a consistent basis. I’m so sick of giving my hard earned money to companies who do not value consistency or care from their employees and then make it hard to get money back or cancel orders.

  Last week we ordered from this location and never received our order, apparently they decided to just cancel it, without notifying us. So this week we decided to try to order again, I'm happy to announce they we received our order, but everything was wrong!!! Ugh... my pizza had tomato sauce on it when I ordered the garlic parm sauce, yes I did order it correctly, I'm allergic to tomatoes. Needless to say, I did not have any dinner due to the sauce. We also ordered bread sticks and CHEESEY bread sticks, the cheesey bread sticks had NO cheese on them and not to mention they were under cooked! I know I ordered correctly, I have the order slip right here in front of me. All I can say is Pizza Hut, DO BETTER! $70 in food and it was all messed up, but I guess I should be happy that it showed up this time!
