  I accepted an order to deliver around 3. Got to the store fairly quickly. 2 dudes standing there talking, bread papers all over the place, under baked bread. Over thawed bread out. I ask for the order and he takes me to the pick up shelf..the pick up shelf... not stapled shut. Delivered it to Kiddie Academy right down the street..The lady there is like, "She's gone now!" I'm caught way off guard I'm like huh??? The person who actually ordered wasn't even there anymore. The lady who WAS there didn't even know that the order was coming from a 3rd party so treated me like I was a JJ employee. I then looked at the receipt to see she placed her order at 12:46. it was 3:07 by this time... That is absurd for no communication to be had that her order was over 2 hours late and I had to take crap for it. WORST IN CLASS!!!!

  Watched a sandwich maker text on his phone with his cloves on and then go back to making sandwiches, someone is going to get sick!

  I used to love Jimmy John’s back in college, they would have your sandwich ready before you got to the end of the counter. This Jimmy John’s location always has people waiting, and today at noon on a Saturday they had to tell me in store after I paid that they ran out of ham. “Thats fine”, I thought, until I remembered that they’re a sandwich restaurant.

  I’ve ordered from here more than ten times for asap mobile order. I can’t think of one time it’s been done by the time I drove the 15 minutes over. Today I even ordered Starbucks after and picked it up before heading over. Still waiting on my cold sandwich to be made. This location needs training.

  At least 3 times in the last 90 days I’ve placed an order online and had to wait so long that I ultimately had to leave the store before getting the order. The staff shortages and turnover has really impacted this location
