  Placed order online to pick up. I notified them when I was on my way and when I was there. Yet I still had to go in the store to pick up myself after waiting outside for 10 minutes. The store was not even busy. And the guy didn't give me all of my items that were sitting on the shelves. On top of that, 4 items I ordered were missing. The worst pickup experience

  Love the selection of high quality and variety of organic products! They also have a great selection of choices for those of us with dietary restrictions!

  This place is one of my favorite grocery stores mainly because of the fresh squeezed orange juice, organic food & coffee selection, vitamins and I love their fresh ground peanut butter. Prices are a little high & the employees are not the friendliest upon checking out…why can’t people say thank you after spending hundreds of dollars?! I don’t get it, but it’s worth the trip if you’re in the Bridgeville/Heidelberg area, just off the 79 exit.

  Fresh Thyme is a regional supermarket that sells fruits, vegetables, meats, seafoods, baked goods, pantry items, dairy and eggs, some household products, etcetera. It is slightly smaller than some other grocery stores but seems to sell more organic foods. I shopped here to purchase a few items including fruit and meats. The prices were average, and the checkout process went smoothly.

  We got up to the check out and the woman working put up a "lane closed" sign. My husband asked if any checkouts were open and she said no and pointed to self checkout. They refused to check us out. This isn't the first time this has happened. And it ended up we needed assistance with an item, so what is literally the point of making us check out our own groceries? If I'm forced to do it, I want a discount going forward. Upon reflection since leaving the store, we won't be back. We've been customers since they opened but this was the last straw. The "cashier" was extremely rude and refused to do her job. I've deleted my rewards account with them.
