  The customer service here is terrible and it is ALWAYS a mess - the actual food station, the tables, the utensils area. They were out of FORKS, chips, their soda machine came out as seltzer water and there was a huge mound of ice on the drink machine yesterday. The staff was unhelpful and overall unfriendly. This chipotle needs a management change ASAP as it is one of the worst ones in pittsburgh

  Extremely disappointed with our experience here. Rude and unfriendly staff. The entire store was very dirty (is every time I have been there). The counter tops were so dirty that bottom of our bowls became soiled with all the food it was drug through and made our bag soggy and the bottom completely ripped open before leaving the store.

  Horrible customer service! Staff in complete chaos with one another. Woman with knife tattoo on arm yelling at customers in line and gave attitude when you corrected her on the sides you wanted. Food orders backed up, cashier completely confused on even how to ring people up. At one point, the entire line left the counter and went in the back. This location needs to have better management

  Tables were all covered in food, one employee even sat and quicky ate at a food covered table then just went back to work like this is normal.

  One of the employees at this place has a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. The behavior toward customers was disrespectful, careless, and far from professional. There is one specific employee who makes communication very difficult, and their behavior seriously damages the overall quality of the business. Another employee was kind and helpful, but unfortunately this negative experience overshadowed everything.
