  We were kinda bummed out last weekend there was a national promotion of 50% off for four days and on Saturday when we went to order the website was down. My family was teasing me because they said it was my phone, so I went to the laptop. It was still crashing. Then our son tried it and it was not working on his phone, then the gf tried on hers. So when a promotion is too large to handle or loses too much money, just shut off the website. Bad play! :(

  I often get delivery or carry-out from this store and while the food is always hot & delicious and the staff is friendly- either someone at this store does not know the difference between ranch and garlic parmesan sauce or they're purposely substituting it when they're out of it instead of calling the customer. This is the 3rd time I've received plain wings slathered in ranch instead of garlic parm sauce. I'd much rather get mild if you're out, so please start calling your customer to ask or re-train your staff!

  Delivery took longer than estimated, food was undercooked and poor quality, pizza was received smashed and all the cheeses stuck to the top of the box and it was absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone to fix or address any problems.

  I ordered delivery from this location (because I was tending to my pregnant wife) and 25 minutes later it said it was on its way. Then it said delivered and nothing arrived. I called the store and was hung up on numerous times. Keep in mind I only live 2 minutes away. 30 minutes go by and still nothing, I recalled the store and they finally answered and said the driver just left and will be there in 10 minutes. Still no food I went to the store and asked for an explanation, and all I got was sorry’s and them discussing something in another language and laughing. They then called the driver who was on his way home, since now at this time the store is closed, and he immediately said he was on his way to my house and will be there in 15 minutes, even though I live 2 minutes away. I left the store and as I was pulling in to my neighborhood, I noticed the driver flooring it on a residential street and slamming on his brakes at my home. I am absolutely appalled by their behavior and lack of cleanliness and will NEVER be ordering from this location again. This store is an embarrassment not only to the Dominos brand but all food merchants across the nation.
