I see a lot of reviews of customers not happy with the service.I don't believe under any circumstance you can have good service without any incentives.The owners have set up a throwaway Employee system.Instead of investing in some of the loyal hard working Employees they literally would rather replace them. This is the death of the whole fast food industry in general. Demand Demand Demand then replace with a lesser Employee. EXAMPLE: Boyertown Dunkin won't even allow a tip jar for their Employees..They could change their registers where the screen allows a tip option.These registers are everywhere today. But they don't care about the needs of their employees. they have set up a terrible work culture..please think of this next time your order is wrong!

The decor is warm, modern, and simple, displaying the Dunkin' branding nicely without feeling overwhelming. It’s a comfortable space to sit. The coffee was also excellent—perfectly fresh and served calmly, which is exactly what you want from a mid-afternoon coffee run. However, two main things missed the mark. First, the convenience tech is a bit deceptive; the tables featuring charging decals absolutely do not work for MagSafe phones, so don't count on getting a wireless charge here. Second, and most importantly, the staff’s attitude was incredibly disappointing. The employees seemed completely uninterested in being there, projecting a vibe that felt like they actively disliked having guests in the store. Come here if you just want fresh coffee in a nice modern space, but don't expect a friendly greeting or functional wireless table charging. Key Details Included: Date & Time: Monday, July 6th at 2:00 PM The Good: Fresh coffee, calm delivery, warm/simple modern decor. The Bad: Poor staff attitude/indifference, non-functional MagSafe table charging.
