  Do not recommend ordering Direct from this location. I’ve tried a few times now as it’s right by my work, but they consistently mark things out of stock when they are not, and make you wait for 20+ mins in the parking lot before bringing it out. When I called the girl on the phone acted like she was completely unaware anyone was waiting, when there were 3 other cars beside myself there. The bags are also completely overstocked and rip/tear when you try to carry them more than 2ft. Seriously go anywhere else.

  One thing I was taught in life is that if you walk in front of someone then be respectful and say excuse. I can't count the times that I would looking at something on the shelves and Giant employees walk right in front of me and not not have the excuse to say excuse me. I find it quite ignorant. Also , I don't understand why the multi - self check out area gets shut down before closing. The only thing I see is the 4 self check out lane lines get long and one has to wait longer to check out. Not good customer service in my opinion

  This location used to be great, but not anymore. Don’t go after 8 PM. They shut all of their self checkout machines down while the employees watch you check out. The lines stack up and if you’re stopping in for one or two things, you get stuck. They are clearly not short staffed because they are behind customer service and/or standing at the end of the registers watching you do their jobs. Giant clearly doesn’t value your time. Go somewhere else, plenty of self-checkout machines from open to close.
