The shopping experience has become terrible. There are boxes and Giant shoppers in almost every aisle, making it difficult to move around and shop comfortably.
What really bothered me was what happened at self-checkout. An employee approached me and asked if I had already paid for all of my items, then checked my receipt. It was embarrassing because I specifically use self-checkout to avoid unnecessary social interaction and get through the process quickly. I understand that stores need to prevent theft, but being singled out and questioned after immediately paying made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed as a customer.

For the first time in the long time, i hated my experience, i been coming here a lot. But i checked out in self checkout and have issues with ringing especially the fresh produce that i am buying. Staff in self checkout has attitude yesterday. Asked her how to search the carrot that i am about to buy. And telling me YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO SEARCH CARROTS? , She herself can’t even search in manually for loose carrots and end up looking for a code.. i hate to leave a review like this but i hate that experience more.. please train your team a proper customer service. Regardless of Race, Color and Gender. Seems like she was nicer to the other people But not to the Asian people like i am.

Barb, nobody is forcing you to do this job. If you are unhappy with your job, please leave instead of making the customers life more annoying.
She complained so much about her position as a cashier and spent more time complaining than scanning. she was also tossing the groceries instead of being respectful of the items people are purchasing. She also started talking smack about other customers who had checked out and left.

I can walk in the store, get what I need, and make it to the checkout in five minutes. Then, because of their self to help issues, it takes 10 minutes to pay and get out of the store. Sale items never ring up correctly and the poor employee running back-and-forth all the flashing registers simply can’t keep up. I will shop somewhere else.
