Ripped the bags right away all over the street when I went back the explanation is that sometimes the bags rip the manager was nice and gave me another meal but this is unacceptable. Also every time we’ve been there they don’t have fajitas come on chipotle I thought you were one of the better places.

Now, there are new ladies there who are just rude. Feels like they’re rushing you and have no customer service skills whatsoever. This is our third time having a bad experience. My coworker was charged triple protein when he said double to the lady. The one other older lady who works there rushes everyone. Will not be going there any longer.

Someone walks up to serve me, doesn’t say hi, or ask how I’m doing or anything. Just “what you want”. I replied how are you doing and he said “any rice beans protein.”Proceeded down the line without even looking up or acknowledging anything I said. He must have missed when I said chicken, because he replied with “huh”. I asked him if he had a manager in the building so I could speak with them, and he said “I am”. His name was “Jose”. Absolutely terrible service. I am a recurring customer of this chipotle, probably coming 2-3 times a week.
