- JTJanette ThrasherSep 21, 20261.0Apparently Giant pays their employees $60 and hour because if you are mixed race you don't belong there. Completely inappropriate behavior. My phone number wouldn't load so I asked the lovely queen at the next register if I could use hers, they began harassing her about coupons, her reply was I don't use them its fine, then two women were questioning her as if she just aiding a fugitive. RACISM at its finest at GIANT....
- DFDon't forgetSep 19, 20261.0The self checkout is a joke. Not enough room on the bagging area. Get too much groceries and have to check out and pay for that order. Then start a new order for rest of the groceries. Then there this one guy who always at this store. He does not want to work. He got a serious attitude problem. Lucky wife was with me. I have a temper and what he said to me really set me off .
- JJJeffSep 13, 20262.0The absurd number of isle displays in EVERY isle and traffic area makes shopping an unpleasant experience. Constantly moving around or bumping into other shoppers is not ideal for the customer experience. It increases the amount of shopping time per customer and decreases the efficiency of the shopping experience. I wouldn't want to shop here during busy hours.
