- AHAccurate N. HonestJun 21, 20261.0There's a group of us (truck drivers traveling together) parked at the local TA truck stop. 5.3 miles away. Not like Domino's would love to have a semi blocking their entire parking lot to pick up pizzas. So, let's order delivery. Ooops. I guess 5.3 miles is too far away to take an order for 17 pizzas, sides and drinks. You'd imagine that such a single order "10 miles" for a single drop is more profitable than a bunch of single-item 5 mile pizza deliveries. Customer service common sense sure skipped this business.

His response was pan pizzas don’t cook well with their ovens. I’m curious why they choose to sell this product if he knows that their ovens/ cooking methods are not compatible. This seems to be a reoccurring issue. The owner was very rude when I asked to be refunded. He said if I would like a refund I would need to return the pizza to the store. I rarely go to Bloom and will not be driving 25 minutes out of my way to refund a pizza when I only go to bloom once or twice a month. He recommended I keep the pizza until I make it back to bloom. I will not be keeping an undercooked pizza in my fridge for up to a week or 2. He looked up my order history and was sure to tell me I didn’t have an issue with my order 2 weeks ago. This is true and because of this he should have known I’m not one to complain for no reason. I did place a complaint with cooperate who were very helpful. I do not recommend this location. If you must go here at the very least don’t get the pan pizza. Positive: the lady at the counter was very polite and helpful I appreciated her kindness. She offered to help me carry the pizzas out to my car as I was carrying my one year old. Thank you for offering
