- SFSarah FehrAug 22, 20261.0Stopped in this morning to pick up a mobile order. Got some bagel minis. They were completely frozen. I couldn’t even bite into them. My husband when back in to ask them to heat them up. They were very busy so he waited in line. The staff was rude when they had to remake it because “they had so many other orders they have to take care of first” after waiting 15 minutes to just have warm bagel minis, the employee threw it on the counter with a lovely “there.” No apology or anything not surprising but would’ve been nice. Meanwhile the staff is openly complaining about other orders and customers!! Ew. But to top it off when we got the remade ones they were still frozen in the middle! What a waste. It’s one thing to be incompetent but it’s another to be incompetent and rude on top of it.

Its a crazy concept but when it works, all is right in the world. I now check before I even leave the drive in window to make sure everything is there so I catch it before I get home. Furthermore, Donuts 🍩 another crazy concept. How in the world are you always out of glazed donuts. The wait is always long and the parking lot is horrible. If my kid wasnt obsessed with certain refreshers, I wouldnt come back.
