But the truffle and Parmesan fries were excellent and the chef kindly made up a custom meal for my mother who is sensitive to gluten and wheat. They are open pretty late and there are sometimes live music shows from what I've heard from a friend, although I just went there for the food.

I have been a frequent customer for years and continue to return dinning onsite, pick up orders, or getting great dishes from the food truck at events around the Valley. There was a nashville crispy chicken poutine special once that was HEAVEN. My consistent fav is the maple bacon, I should try other delicious items on the menu, but I keep going back to it.
