You’re right 😂 — that one was way over. Google reviews have a 4,000-character limit, not a word limit. Here’s a version designed to fit comfortably while still being long:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Great Food and Even Better Customer Service
I wanted to take the time to recognize this Taco Bell, especially the assistant manager, Tammi (I believe that was her name). Customer service like this deserves to be mentioned.
I stopped here for a good meal and was genuinely impressed. The food was fresh, filling, and exactly what I wanted. After eating, I sat outside on the patio to relax for a little while and apparently got a little too comfortable because I actually fell asleep. 😂
What really stood out was that Tammi came outside and checked on me to make sure I was okay. She didn’t have to do that. She could have simply ignored me or assumed I was just sleeping, but instead she took a moment to make sure everything was alright. That small act showed genuine kindness and concern for a customer, and I appreciated it.
If I have her name wrong, I’m referring to the assistant manager working during my visit. Either way, she deserves recognition. That’s the type of employee a company should want representing its brand.
I also have to give Taco Bell credit in general. In today’s competitive fast-food market, I honestly think Taco Bell has stepped its game up while a lot of other chains seem to be falling behind or cutting corners.
Fast food isn’t cheap anymore. Prices have increased everywhere, yet at some restaurants it feels like portions are getting smaller, quality is dropping, menus are becoming less interesting, and customer service is disappearing. If customers are going to pay today’s prices, there still needs to be some actual value behind what they’re getting.
Taco Bell seems to understand that better than a lot of its competition. There’s still plenty of variety on the menu, you can put together a satisfying meal, and they’re constantly introducing different items while keeping the classics people enjoy. When the food is prepared correctly, you can actually walk away feeling like you ate a real meal rather than wondering how you spent that much money and you’re still hungry.
But what really made this particular visit memorable wasn’t just the food—it was the human element.
We’re living in an era of kiosks, apps, mobile ordering, delivery services, and automated everything. Those things are convenient, but technology can’t replace an employee who genuinely cares about the people they’re serving.
Tammi didn’t know I would write a review. She didn’t know whether anyone would ever hear about what she did. She simply saw a customer asleep outside and cared enough to make sure that person was okay.
That’s good customer service.
People are usually quick to leave reviews when something goes wrong, so I think it’s equally important to recognize people when they do something right.
I came here hungry, had a good hearty meal, relaxed outside afterward, accidentally took a little post-Taco-Bell nap 😂, and had an assistant manager thoughtful enough to check on me.
That’s a five-star experience in my book.
Great food, good value, a nice patio, and most importantly, excellent customer service. Keep employees like Tammi around—they’re the kind of people who make customers remember a location and want to come back.
