  Please DO NOT order the avocado bagel. The avocado they used is frozen, thawed out, cold, and barely smashed. I know this because I buy frozen avocado for smoothies. The bagel was warm and delicious, but the "smashed" avocado was cold and chunky and the texture firm and horrible. Not fresh avocado. I scraped all the avocado off and ate the bagel. Their bagels are perfect, amazing, phenomenal! If I would return, I would probably just get a bagel by itself. Place was clean. Service wasn't anything special. They seemed understaffed that day. It was probably 9-10am, and there were customers consistently coming in during the 30 minutes I was there.

  The employees were nice. Preparation of the food terrible. I used 6 napkins to wipe off the amount of excessive cream cheese that came on my bagel. Dining room and bathroom dirty. Won’t come here again.

  Their ordering software is a mess, and is redundant with selections. The person preparing my sandwich asked me several questions that I answered on the order screens and confirmed to m, and I still didn't get the sandwich I ordered. I ordered a bagel sandwich, I received one made on bread even after being asked about the bagel. The sandwich itself wasn't that great either.

  Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese to go. The bagel was rubbery and tough. Cream cheese just plopped on. Wish I saw all the bad reviews before I stepped in. Never going back.
