- EVE VCAug 9, 20261.0On Sunday August 9th at approximately 6pm. My wife went in with my daughter. The MAN who was working night shift solo needs to be fired. The way he tried to weaponize and intimidate my wife with the cops, my daughter came out to the car to me crying that he was yelling at my wife. While she was talking to my daughter. All over an extra cup that my wife PAID FOR. NOT ONLY DID SHE PAY FOR IT. SHE PURCHASED ANOTHER DRINK TO MIX THE FIRST WATERED DOWN DRINK. she didn’t want to have him remake it. So she purchased an extra drink & and an empty cup to mix both drinks to even it out. He got upset that she and daughter said $1 charge for a cup was insane but she paid it. When she came to the car I asked what happened because I can see from the parking lot window he’s being aggressive. I told her to refund the items back. She goes in, places the stuff on the counter while it finishes checking out a older man and she says “I would like a refund” I see her step back and to the side and he is screaming at her. My daughter goes in and my wife tells her to place the cup on the counter as well and he’s yelling more. This is when my daughter comes out tearing to the car telling me her mother is being yelling at. My wife gets SEIZURES! Had he would’ve caused a episode and she would’ve been hurt I would’ve called the cops on him. Whoever is the manager you need to check this man on that. Now if he is the owner of the restaurant …..absolutely disgusting. Don’t go to this location.

Full of rude employees and coffees and other drink have had to be remade or forgot extras that I was charged for on more than one occasion. •Overall -Usually I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience has been disappointing more than once. For a coffee shop, I’d expect better customer service, basic manners, and better staff training. On several occasions my order was made incorrectly, even after paying extra for additional toppings and add-ons. The coffee may be decent, but the repeated mistakes and lack of professionalism really take away from the overall experience.

Only 1 worker at the drive through is friendly and she is barely there when I go. Please upgrade the service because waiting in the street for the drive through line is not it!!
