- MCM C2 days ago2.0Absolutely no customer service or politeness here , isn’t my 1st time inside or at drive through but may be my last. Full of rude employees and coffees and other drink have had to be remade or forgot extras that I was charged for on more than one occasion. •Overall -Usually I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience has been disappointing more than once. For a coffee shop, I’d expect better customer service, basic manners, and better staff training. On several occasions my order was made incorrectly, even after paying extra for additional toppings and add-ons. The coffee may be decent, but the repeated mistakes and lack of professionalism really take away from the overall experience.

Only 1 worker at the drive through is friendly and she is barely there when I go. Please upgrade the service because waiting in the street for the drive through line is not it!!
