  If you’re going for food or alcohol make sure to bring a translator with you. The register lady and the cook on rear right of the building is so rude. I couldn’t unders What she was saying. Stay safe and keep your kids close when shopping here.

  All I wanted was water that was self service, in the corner of the store. I got my gallons, 30 worth. I counted twice so I could avoid the potential hassle. Last couple of times, the cashier either trusted me at my word (why would I freakin steal at a place I frequent, specifically for this?), or assumed I had less gallons than I did have and were unsure whether or not to charge me fully. They also didn’t turn a 30 second interaction into a 5 minute one due to a lack of trust, and worst of all, a language barrier. We simply could not understand each other in any capacity, which isn’t very productive. It did not help that I was made to feel humiliated for simply being in line and buying water in bulk. By both the workers I interacted with. Is there some taboo I broke? I didn’t make you go around the register and start lifting all the gallons in a huff (sorry you had to do a LITTLE more work at your job, because of your own issues and inability to do basic counting). I was as polite as I could be and repeatedly tried communicating that I had 30, but she just kept insisting, and when she called another female colleague over, they both counted wrong and I was over charged for two gallons. At that point I said screw it I just want this interaction to freakin end, it was only a little over a dollar extra but it’s about the principle. The service. If your goal was to penny pinch so hard that you drive away customers for the foreseeable future, congratulations! You did it! The attitude only added flavoring! The fake sweet thank you at the end really made up for everything else lol. I’d rather people be consistent if they’re gonna treat you like trash, it’s more respectable and honest. Or rather, is it too hard to not take your woes out on strangers and act like a decent human being on a normal basis?

  Love this place, has a very good selection of meat that is hard to find any where else.
