Food was oddly expensive for what little we got and the employee was rude and disrespectful.

Placed an order through the app. Order was processed and “picked up” however, over an hour later the order never arrived. Called the store to see what was going on. They first lost the order but then suddenly found it after being on hold with them for 10 minutes. They said they would remake the order and send it back out. Waited another hour, again still no food. Called once more for an update for them to say “the order was ready but they were waiting on a delivery driver”. Two orders never showed from this store.

The worst pizza Ive had in a while. I was trying to go for nostalgia and ordering a Pan Pizza. It arrived as hand-tossed, cold and doughy. Of course, Uber won’t do anything about it. Just gross.

I think the online ordering security is way too excessive. It makes it too difficult to attempt to order from a phone.
