  Showed up on a Sunday to order bagels in person and they prioritize only the online orders and yet they’re like 30 people in line waiting to order at the counter. Worst service ever.

  Extremely disappointing experience at the Bethel Park location today. The service was weird and unhelpful from the start. The guy taking our order made a strange joke about not being able to add sausage to a bagel, only to turn around and say he actually could. To make matters worse, they completely messed up my girlfriend’s order and gave her the wrong bagel entirely. To top it off, the "twice baked" hash brown we ordered was served ice cold. When I politely pointed it out and asked for a fresh replacement, they handed me a second one that was just as cold as the first. Between the bizarre order taking, wrong food, and freezing cold side items, this was a total mess. Definitely won't be coming back to this location.

  Decent line that got longer. That's on me for gettung there after 10am on a Saturday. They had a lot of online orders stacking up while there too. Bagel was very fresh, got the cream cheese on the side. I swear they give you more if you get it on the bagel compared to on the side. I wasn't eating it immediately so wanted it separate. Overall happy with my breakfast.
