- BTBengi TuregunOct 3, 20261.0Done with this place. 2 orders in a row that have been incorrect, nobody picks up the phone to rectify. Will never, ever give this franchise my money again

- NKNimay KumarAug 27, 20261.0The food here is good when they actually make your order correctly - the chance of that happening is slim however. When I went the guy behind the counter was filming a video, and then went into the back and was using his phone. I tried to get his attention multiple times, but he ignored me. When someone else came in to pick up their order he immediately attended to them. When I told him I had been waiting a while he retorted with “Why didn’t you say something?”. Maybe if he hadn’t been using his phone he would’ve realized I did say something, multiple times. On top of all that my order was incorrect and was missing items and toppings I paid for. Very poor service here - it’s worth going to a further location to get your PJ fix.
- ZLZoe LiAug 6, 20261.0Ordered the pizza online, but was told by the staff that they couldn't make any pizza because it was too hot in the store. There wasn't a way to cancel the order. The store should not open or take order in this case.
- JCJing chenJul 1, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza from this Papa Johns location, but what I received was an extremely small pizza that did not feel worth the price at all. The portion size was unacceptable, and I felt like I did not get what I paid for. I would not recommend this location unless they improve their quality control and make sure customers receive a fair-sized order.
