- JCJing chen6 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza from this Papa Johns location, but what I received was an extremely small pizza that did not feel worth the price at all. The portion size was unacceptable, and I felt like I did not get what I paid for. I would not recommend this location unless they improve their quality control and make sure customers receive a fair-sized order.
- MMMaxxJun 25, 20265.0Haven’t been to a papa John’s in a very long time because the one by me is garbage. We’re visiting the area here and this was the closest. Gave it a try and it was amazing! Took me back to the 90’s when I first had it. Can’t speak for the other reviewers but I did notice it was the same lady taking orders, making the pizzas and packing them up. If we visit here again, we’ll be having pizzas from the location again. 😎👍

The employee behind the counter was visibly sweating, while also trying to clean and maintain the store. He remained professional and hardworking despite what appeared to be extremely uncomfortable conditions. No employee should be expected to work in an environment that may impact their comfort, health, or safety. I hope management addresses these conditions promptly and ensures staff have a safe and appropriate workplace.

One employee working and had to tell her my phone number multiple times to be understood. Had to wait 25+ minutes for the other customer to come back with my food, no apology and no offer to remake food, no offer for any type of compensation. Left a message on the managers phone leaving my number multiple times in the message with no call back
