  Rolled in 15 minutes before closing. Staff was able to give me everything I asked for. Got a steak burrito. It was huge but for $13 I would expect so. Got it home, warmed it up and it was too much for me to finish. Enjoyed it all

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The person you have working as a "manager" (light-skinned, dark curly hair, medium height) is a horrible example of leadership. This is the second time I've had an issue with him. Tonight, around 9:20 PM, I came to buy food, but the doors were locked even though the posted hours online and on the door said the store was still open. I called the store to ask what time they closed, and the person who answered who turned out to be the manager came running from the back with another female employee looking extremely suspicious. I suggest someone look into that. He came outside to talk to me and told me it was "his store" and that he could lock the doors whenever he wanted, especially because there was a minor inside and it was extremely hot outside. I've never heard of that before. During our conversation, I reminded him that this was the second time I'd had an issue with him. Instead of taking accountability, he started making false accusations, claiming I had given his team a hard time before. That's simply not true. The only person I dealt with during the previous incident was him. It happened on National Burrito Day. He took my order, made my food, rang me up, apologized for his behavior, and even gave me a free meal because of it. Not only that, he complimented me and asked for my number so we could “maybe go out sometime” lol weird. It’s clear he has me confused with someone else. Locking customers out during posted business hours is unacceptable. It's false advertising, and it costs the business money. While I was there, another customer pulled up just as confused as I was because the doors were locked even though the store was supposed to be open. I won't be returning to this Qdoba. This manager is a poor representation of the company and should not be leading a team when he can't handle customers professionally. I hope the general manager or someone above him sees this review because this situation needs to be addressed. In the meantime, I’ll continue to take my business where it’s appreciated…. Chipotle!

  Place has no air conditioning on a 95 day of heat. No hello, no acknowledgement what so ever. Good personality after being acknowledgement. Place was extremely hotttttttt.

  I go here a lot ! Today was the worse! The place behind the counter where the food is was so dirty ! Barely was any toppings available! Staff never was so rude got upset because I asked for rice , she said we don’t give rice and shells , which I have never heard that on a create your own order , once I said that she began slapping my food in my bowl , food was so cold ! I have never received food like this from them so I am highly upset about this visit
