  I am so tired of this store. If they not messing the order up. They give us drivers that can not speak english and just randomly drop our food off to random spot. My husband keep giving them try. I'm done I like Mama Pops pizza places. I say close this one down. I even close my Door Dash Account they was not helpful either

  The pizza from here is consistently tasty, and I really appreciate the variety of toppings available. However, the wait times can be a bit long, especially during busy hours, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a solid option for pizza cravings, just be prepared to be patient sometimes.

  This place used to be pretty good but the last few times it wasn't very good. I just wish they would use fresher ingredients, keep the pizza hot and PLEASE stop being so cheap with toppings. Last time I ordered a small everything with chicken, literally 3 pieces of chicken was on the pizza, 2 pieces of green peppers and no black olives. I probably will not be ordering from this location anymore.

  This was the 3rd time I ordered from them, specifically ordering square cut and they keep cutting it regular. I don't understand the confusion. Also, I ordered original and the crust was the same size as thin crust. I came in and told them about to and they just brushed me off. Never going there again.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Papa John’s Pizza. The food quality was below expectations, but even more concerning was the overall lack of basic hygiene and professionalism. During my visit, the employee handling my order was not dressed in proper uniform, was on their phone while attending to customers, and was not wearing gloves while preparing food. Even more troubling, the same hands were used to handle both vegetarian and meat items without any change in hygiene practices. This raises serious concerns about food safety and cross-contamination. In addition, I attempted to escalate this issue by contacting the franchise multiple times, but received no response or follow-up. The complete lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable for a brand of this scale and reputation. Overall, the experience felt far below the standards expected and more like an unregulated local setup rather than a professional franchise. I strongly urge management to take immediate corrective action to address hygiene practices, employee conduct, and customer service responsiveness.
