  This used to be one of the best restaurants, but since the beginning of 2026, it has gone downhill; the staff are disrespectful, rude, ill-mannered, and unpleasant toward customers. Many of the employees lack personal hygiene and basic courtesy I am truly surprised to find such a famous restaurant here in the Bin Salem area staffed by workers who show absolutely no kindness or courtesy toward customers. They are terrible employees—unclean, indifferent to the clientele, and rude in their manner; they are neither pleasant nor friendly. How could the owner of such a renowned establishment allow this? They do not even smile at the customers. How can people like this be working in a restaurant to earn a living?.

  Delivery driver kept knocking over and over again at least ten times and called even after I said hold on a second woke up my baby.

  i ordered food for delivery . my breadsticks didn’t come with the sauce it was supposed to. but what really bothered me was my order was $41 and some change. i gave the driver $47 and he counted it and said “no driver fee” ii felt like that was so rude and ignorant considering i did give him $5 tip. NEVER AGAIN

  The faint scent of baking dough greeted me upon entry. It was delightfully quiet on this Sunday afternoon, making it incredibly easy to grab a seat right away. My order came out quickly and tasted just as good as I expected.

  Terrible. Ordered a Pizza at 5pm. App said 15-20 minutes. Walked in at 5:25, and they started making the pizza when they saw me. Worker who was on the cellphone outside when I walked in walked passed me and mumbled something when I told him my name, and another walked over a minute later to tell me it would be out soon. Paid online so there's no reason the couldn't prep it right away.There wasn't one other customer in the store the entire 20 minutes I waited. I eventually got the order at 5:45, after "phone guy" walked back out and asked for my name again. My kids like their pizza for some reason, so I wind up ordering it a couple times a year, and its always a miserable experience. I can honestly say that Ive never had so much as a 2.5 customer service experience at this store. Im not sure how they stay open.
