  The manager his name is Ravi. He is very unprofessional he behaves very bad. He even don’t speak English he even check id but only other people not American or Asian. But the night staff the couple they are very very nice and polite. Night guys make my coffee every time best. Now I only like to go in Night.

  Really disappointing experience. I was already stressed with my 2-year-old and accidentally spilled my matcha in the lobby. Instead of any understanding or small gesture, I was told I had to pay full price for a new one. I get that accidents happen, but a little kindness or customer service would’ve gone a long way. Left feeling more frustrated than anything.

  The manager here was disrespectful and I was being shouted at for asking them to correct my order. Never returning to this Dunkin.

  The manager, his name is Ravi, VERY RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. even though it’s a fast food restaurant, I believe the manager should still stay very professional and give a decent customer service. BUT NO!!!!! he’s extremely rude to customers and his staff as well. I was with a friend who understood his language and while he was handing out our order to us, he cussed at me and my friend. He was also yelling at his employees while they were doing their job right. There were couple other asian customers infront of us, and he was extremely rude and racist. If the owner is reading this, please take an action against this unprofessional manager name, Ravi. This was such an unpleasant experience.
