  I’ve come back enough times to know this isn’t a one-off. The staff at this location consistently act completely disinterested. When I order online I deliberately show up 15 minutes after the estimated pickup time because I expect them to be late—and they still are. Everyone is wearing AirPods, barely acknowledges customers, or is kicked back in a chair buried in their phone and doesn’t even notice someone has walked in. Today I arrived 15–20 minutes past the estimated time and was barely greeted by the single employee in the building. He then had to go out the back to find his coworker, who was outside on the phone. They came back in and kept talking on the phone right at the register. My food was already sitting out and just needed to be bagged. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there, but getting the order out clearly wasn’t a priority—and it feels like it never is. If they were friendly but slow (or even apologetic), that would be one thing. The combination of barely acknowledging customers and consistently slow service makes this one of the most baffling stores I’ve dealt with. I still come back because it’s wings and close by, but I’m under no illusion that this location cares about delivering anything better than one-star service.

  We've tried a few different locations in the past couple of months . Sadly I wish I could give 5 stars over all, but it's different with each location. Sometimes we get cold fries. Sometimes we get cold bone in wings. Sometimes they forget to put the side item in the bag. And the service at one place was really bad (Ohio River Blvd). Not sure we will keep coming back.

  Wings are pretty good but the fries were COLD. As if, they were sitting getting cold before we even ordered them.

  Ordered food and when my daughter went to open the cheese she found a piece of black hair!! I called them several times and nobody ever answers the phone there it’s like calling Walmart!!

  This team tonight was slow as heck and acted like they didn't wanna be at work. Online order should've been ready at 1030 and wasn't ready until 1042p and thats only because I had to light a fire under their butts. Workers are not wearing gloves or anything to cover their hair. Not sanitizing their hands. Paid for ALL FLATS and got to work and DID NOT receive ALL FLATS! Garbage area needed attention and wasn't given any. Lsst time going there.
