  My go-to Pizza Hut in the Pittsburgh area. Really friendly people, really excellent food across the board (their wings are especially delicious!!), and they’re also really great about applying special instructions. I can’t begin to tell you how many pizza places just straight up ignore requests like light pizza sauce or well done crust…this Pizza Hut cares enough to pay attention to those details and I really appreciate that. Thank you all and keep on being awesome! :)

  Ordered a large thin & crispy crust pizza with extra cheese, Italian sausage, and pepperoni and , BBQ & honey chicken wings on Friday, 5/22/26 from the Pizza Hut in Bellvue. I've ordered from here twice before and the food was fine. Unfortunately this time it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. So dry! Also the BBQ/honey sauce was good but the chicken was very dry, stringy, and so tough. How can a restaurant that specializes in pizza mess up simple food so bad? The delivery guy was polite and on time. Sorry. I will not order from this location ever again.

  When I place a mobile order and it says ready in 15 minutes I expect it to be ready in 15 minutes. I understand there is a promo running today, but you had a chance to impress me and ultimately didn't make it happen. It was out 10 minutes later. Your app shouldnt make promises your staff dont have capacity to make good on.

  I was picking up a DoorDash order to deliver, the staff was very helpful to keep me updated on the order.
