  I ordered through Uber Eats and the restaurant is not too far from me. I waited over an hour with a driver for food, and I was still weighing to the point where I had to call Uber and cancel my order that was ridiculous.

  This was my first time ever trying Arbys, and I must’ve picked the right location because everything was great, and the employees were very helpful and kind. Everything came out quick and tasting great. Overall a good experience.

  UPDATE: Well, unfortunately I have to change my review. I genuinely liked this Arby’s before and gave it 5 stars. I even specifically mentioned how friendly the staff was. After tonight, I can’t stand by that review anymore. I ordered 4 sliders, and not only did I get a slider I didn’t order, but I took one bite and pulled a large piece of blue plastic out of my mouth. I nearly choked on it. I genuinely have no idea what it is or how something this large ended up inside my food. On top of that, the employees were extremely rude this time around, which is almost the complete opposite of my experience a month ago. I’m pretty understanding when an order gets messed up. Wrong food happens. But a piece of plastic this size being in something I’m actively eating is a completely different issue. I hate having to change my original review because I genuinely had a great experience here before, but this was unacceptable.

  The steak sandwich was not as what was expected
