  I’ve given this McDonald’s multiple chances and each time I’ve been disappointed. This last time I thought maybe picking up at the counter would be better; the app told me the food was ready to pick up. I leave my car and go in… no food. Wait a couple of minutes, go back to my car to verify I put to pick up my food at the counter. Go back in and wait for 10 min. Then wrote feedback for them using their QR code thinking that would’ve gotten someone’s attention. Nope, instead I had to stand by the counter to be recognized by someone. Rather than the person that saw me thinking I should find out what the customer wants, they just kept telling that “I can’t stand there” this interaction came in about 15 min after the app said my food was ready. Finally get my food about 25 min after the app told me it was ready. Oh, what did I get for leaving feedback? A blanket letter and coupon for a free specialty drink… thanks but no thanks, McDonald’s franchise owners! Fix the stores issue of SLOWNESS!!!!

  ordered a big mac with no cheese because i have a dairy allergy and they put cheese on it. cant eat now. also asked for extra pickle on it and got zero pickles. mcchicken was also ordered with pickles and had zero pickles on it. wasted my unpaid break and gas money for no lunch, awesome :(

  Mc Donalds would not Honor an advertised coupon for a free big Mac with purchase after a State College Spikes baseball game if a certain play was struck out. Was told to us the app which only allows for one even if u have a family worth of tickets. Counter was no help and just said use the app.
