    We were the only people in line yet we had to wait for service because the staff was to busy visiting with each other. Once someone came to us and asked what we wanted, we had to continuously ask for him to repeat himself because he spoke so low and fast, we could barely understand him. The food area looked unkempt and somewhat dirty. Our food was lukewarm at best, and the meat was old not fresh as other ingredients were also not fresh. The floors were dirty as was the table surface’s. We probably will not be eating here in the future. I would give the entire experience a 2 rating out of 10

    This was hands down the worst chipotle I have ever been to- about three weeks ago- we ordered six meals. The computers were not accepting the app so we did not receive points although the person waiting on us said it would take- the service made sloths look efficient and expedient- there was no food made- the woman asked me if I wanted the very brown quac on my bowl- no-pass- I asked about veggies- there were scrapings that looked like they were a week old- again- no-pass- no lettuce- we had to wait for that- no meat- and no customers before us- all of the napkin dispensers were empty, the woman clearly didn’t care about customer satisfaction- we were passing through-friends of ours stopped at a sit down restaurant and hit the road a half hour before us while we were just getting our food- the line was 9 people deep after us by the time they took our order and provided us with substandard food - it was atrocious - a costly stop with poor food and no points on the app to try to recover some of the losses. I do not know what the standards are in this area but we were very very disappointed to say the least. Dirty, unstocked, food that doesn’t make you wonder why people get food poisoning and with the cost of living right now a major disappointment

    I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I wanted to make sure the employee working today was seen. She was doing her absolute to run that whole store by herself. Trash was full, napkins out; but this girl was cooking food, changing trays, and filling inside and outside orders. Two employees there earlier just standing around despite all of this. Another employee came in and didn’t really help. Food was okay given the circumstances. This is not my first bad experience there. I would guess it’s a combination of management and staffing. But someone at Chipotle needs to get that girl a raise and some help.

    I'm not usually the type to go out of my way and leave feedback after negative experiences, but this place could use some attention from the company. I've been here a few times so far and I've yet to be "wowed", but my most recent visit was actually disappointing. I ordered a bowl and it came out swimming in grease, the meat was mostly fat. The guac was BROWN, not just a little oxidized, but fully brown as if it had sat out on the counter for days. The whole thing tasted off and I ended up tossing most of it. Window service is usually good, but counter service inside isn't. I've left missing items from my order. Skip the headache and just go to the North Atherton location.

    Came in at 12:30 pm , an elderly lady was complaining to me about another employee. That employee looked pregnant and had tattoos. She was trying her best at preparing the food. The elderly lady didn’t see it that way. She kept talking down about the poor girl. I was just trying to get a burrito. I felt empathetic for the girl on grill. Please consider who you hire. The elderly lady was not professional at all. I give this place 5 stars because the girl on the grill deserves it. I have never seen an employee act that way before. Please give the girl on grill a raise ! Through it all she kept working and trying to ignore the negativity.
