- ARAshley RudyAug 22, 20261.0I had put in a order so it was ready when I had gotten there waited an hour in the store just for them to start it when I asked i was told my order was skipped do to someone in the drive through that had way more then my order that could have been done in 10 mins I understand that they where short staffed but it wasn't that busy for it to take that long place order at 1:06 pick up time was 1:20 didn't get my food till 2:15

There wasn’t much steak even in there, and the steak that was, was so chewy and overcooked and tough. And some of it had really hard parts like gristle or something? And there was a charred burnt taste throughout the burrito- it turned out to be the fajita veggies. Something is going horribly wrong at this chipotle unfortunately
