Subject: The $7 Cup of Warm Milk (And Other Mysteries of Your Drive-Thru) To Whom It May Concern (Because Clearly, No One Currently Does), I am writing to formally announce my retirement as a customer of your location. I am currently spending more time, effort, and structural thought writing this review than your staff has ever put into a single cup of coffee, but if you are going to play in the coffee game, you had better understand how deadly serious people take their daily caffeine. I have offered this store more second chances than a forgiving relative, but I am officially surrendering. Your drink assembly line operates on a statistical miracle: an 80% failure rate. Achieving a correct order 20% of the time is a bold business strategy, but the true theater happens in the parking logistics. I can order a single, solitary drink and immediately be banished to "pull forward and wait." What follows is a game of hide-and-seek. Staff members are sent out into the elements with zero communication on vehicle descriptions, leaving them to wander aimlessly around the shared Gas Station and Dairy Queen parking lot like lost souls searching for a cosmic sign. I previously brought these operational performance arts to Tracy, who assured me that "better training" was on the horizon. That was, quite obviously, a magnificent bust. The crown jewel of my experience, however, was today’s $7.00 Brown Sugar Double Shot Espresso (standard menu drink no customization). What was handed through the window possessed the unmistakable hue, clarity, and structural profile of pure, unadulterated whole milk. When I expressed mild skepticism that espresso had ever been in the same room as this cup, I was assured, "The espresso is in there, we promise." It turns out that promise was as hollow as the drink, because my $7 specialty coffee tasted precisely like the regular gallon of milk I could have bought for half the price. I see you are building a brand-new location down the road. Congratulations. However, I refuse to continue personally financing a thoroughly mismanaged store where the prevailing management philosophy is, "Hand it through the window and pray they get on the highway before taking a sip." I am well aware I could jump through the administrative hoops of emailing corporate, but consider this a public service announcement for my fellow coffee lovers who exchange actual hard-earned time and money for quality: keep your foot on the gas and drive right past. Good luck with the new build. I will strictly be admiring the fresh drywall from the outside as I drive past to spend my money elsewhere. Sincerely, A Converted Competitor's Customer

If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you use the drive thru, you’ll get part of your order and need to go inside to ask for the rest. Or they’ll tell you to park and then bring half of your order out and forget your Sandwhich. You’ll tell them this when they bring part of your order to the parking lot. Then you’ll sit 15+ mins waiting again bc they forgot you told them in the parking lot they forgot your sandwhich. Food is subpar at best. Save your money and find a different Dunkin or go to Starbucks. OH AND THEY LEAVE THE MILK OUT ON THE COUNTER ALL DAY
