  We stopped at this Taco Bell while driving from Virginia to Pittsburgh, a little past closing time around midnight, and honestly had one of the best fast-food experiences we’ve had in a long time. Kevin went completely out of his way to welcome us in, let us dine inside even though it was after closing, and even offered us a free drink. The hospitality genuinely stood out compared to many other experiences we’ve had on the road. Instead of feeling rushed or turned away, we felt truly welcomed, and that made a long drive so much better. Kevin’s kindness and customer service made this stop a really pleasant experience, and we’ll definitely be stopping here again whenever we pass by. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  Went in an ordered my food, 20 minutes of watching everyone else getting their order. Went to counter and asked where my food was and was told that someone had accidently cleared it as complete. You'd think they would immediately make order....no, another 15 minutes later they were still fill orders for other people. Had to beg for a refund so I could leave and get food somewhere else. AVOID THIS TACO BELL!!!!!

  The store makes good food but the service is extremely slow and long wait times ... waited nearly 30 minutes for my items

  We were able to order our food online ahead of time and it was ready at the time we requested. You ordered more on the app quickly and were able to get that. There were a ton of people there during the lunch rush and that did not delay our food being ready on time.
