- AAanojMay 10, 20261.0Worst customer service ! The manager on shift on 9th May evening was rude to us from the very beginning . She scoffed at us for simply sitting down in the area that had been cleaned at 10.15 (restaurant close at 11). I wanted to be mindful of closing time and apologised and said I’m ordering an apple pie as well. I asked her where it was on kiosk. To this she replied “I don’t know. I don’t use it. “ and walked away. No help on the counter either. She then proceeded to yell at us a few times rushing us to leave. The same could be said in a more polite way. As someone who used to work in a McDonald’s store and went on to run Point of Sales for McDonalds ANZ; this store was the worst I experienced from McDonald’s all over the world!

We arrived just as breakfast was closing and lunch was opening which was understandable but the drive through speaker was so quiet we could not hear what he was saying what so ever. We then payed and went to the second window to get our food where a young girl gave complete attitude towards us and practically threw our food at us! We waited for our food for a while before it was even done! We then pulled into a parking spot to eat and the fries were so soggy we had to just throw them out!! They could do better!
