  Arby's Cheesesteak is vastly superior over the newly opened Rutter's, 500 feet away. Love their perfectly melted, gooey, cheese and peppers covering the meat. Mucho napkins are a requirement for this winner.

  Bought two sandwiches and fries and drinks. Drinks no problem the sandwiches well one was hot but bread was like rubber and the other sandwich was totally cold. Now let's get to the worse and that was the fries which were hard as can be and cold and probably leftover from lunch. The only thing good was the person at the drive thru was pleasant but food well that was as bad as you can get for the price.

  Food is great. Several sodas were out. The tables were dirty. Floor needed mopped. No toilet paper in ladies room.

  Perhaps it’s just bad luck, I placed it online order for pick up and upon arriving to the store there were no employees inside. I assume there was a walk out and management was so out of touch, They didn’t turn off online orders. I filed a support ticket with corporate.
