  I placed an online order twenty minutes before getting there.And I still waited almost fifteen minutes for my order. Yet another one one, on line ordered 2 simple double cheese burgers 30 min prior to picking up. Waited 10 min when i got there.

  I go here for lunch almost every day because it's the closest place I can get food. The food is excellent, and I have almost never received a wrong order. The few times I have received a wrong order, the employees were nice enough to correct it. However, my review has three stars because of one employee in particular. I haven't seen her around until recently, so I assume she's pretty new, but still, the way she handles customers is extremely impolite. I'm not aware of her name, but to give a description of her she is an African American woman who looks to be maybe in her twenties or thirties. She is almost always wearing a head covering and is a little bigger (not trying to be rude, just want to give a clear description). Almost every time I go through the drive thru she is completely dismissive towards me and does not engage at all. Also, if I get a mobile order, she doesn't even open the window for me to ask for my receipt, she just looks at me and doesn't say anything (for context, I like to keep a written record of all my purchases, so I usually want the receipt). But I think the worst of it was a little while ago when I went through the drive thru, and when I pulled up to pay she was texting and completely ignoring me instead of letting me pay. Instead of putting her phone down and continuing her text after I was done, she continued ignoring me even when I tried to get her attention (the window was open). Her behavior towards customers is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, and I'm leaving this review in hopes that management will try to correct this behavior.

  $2.49 for a small FF, I don't think so. What happened to the $1.00 menu, a small FF is only worth $1.25. and what about $1.00 hamburgers. Won't be going back to this place again. Looks like some changes need to be made, but don't expect it, the only thing the owner cares about is your wallet. The prices have gone up so high that they will never come back down. But there's good news, I have a solution, everybody quit going for a month, that's the only way to get it fixed. That will get their attention real fast. $4.00 for 2 hamburgers and 2 fries, and now it's close to eight dollars. Their only worth $4.00. $5.00 at the most.

  Well I guess you have to pay attention to the amount of your change before leaving the this establishment.i was shorted a 10 dollar bill so ended up paying 12.01 for a large coffee. Guess that's my fault
