This experience was unacceptable Although there was only 2 customers, the employees seemed disinterested in waiting on me and more interested in talking to one anorher.The gentleman waiting on me did not listen to what i was ordering... The portions were ridiculously small, chicken no flavor , got barely any rice, beans, chicken,.. asked for a lil cheese and that he overportioned. This bowl did not taste like any other bowl ive eaten at other locations This was awful. I never leave reviews but felt the need because it was that bad. I looked at previous reviews and it seems like nothing has changed bec the reviews were the similar since you opened . I threw 3/4 of my meal out and had to buy lunch at another restaurant costing me twice as much for lunch. Do better

I paid extra for guacamole, but the containers had large hollow areas and empty space. On top of that, there was barely any pollo asado in the meal, and the extra lettuce I requested was just a normal portion. Online orders here are consistently shorted on ingredients.
