  Usually enjoy going here, but my partner picked up a drink this afternoon heading home asking for an iced coffee with extra caramel, no cream or sugar. He confirmed with them before leaving that the order was correct, as he's not a coffee drinker and I'm sensitive to dairy. When he got home, it was very noticeable to me that they did not give him the correct order and/or lied about confirming. There was also no ticket on the drink to even indicate what my order was. The drink had cream and sugar, so that sucked lol. Anyway, please double check your orders ya'll! <3

  I just moved to the area and was excited to have this dunkin so close but every time I order something, it's like they don't add full ingredients. I always get the berry acai refresher and it looks so light and when I taste it, it's bland, like dirty water. I go to other dunkins and the drink it dark and flavorful. Even when I get cold coffee and ask for extra flavor, you can't taste it. I have even gone back for them to remake my drink and it's the same. Won't be going back.
