They didn't give us straws. The drinks tasted watery and were lacking flavor. The burger was dry and seemed old. Overall not a good experience

Stopped in to give this place a second try after an unpleasant previous experience a year prior which continued to be unpleasant. Aside from the place looking run down and the food quality being sub par, the service needs the most work. The staff seem to be pushed too hard to push out orders that they haven’t taken the time to verify the orders they’re receiving and delivering which is the cause of most of my issues both visits.

Tater tot’s hot, burgers cold. Took a while to come out. Tatiana judged how much ketchup I wanted

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and I only got the driest crispy chicken with no lettuce, no pickles or sauce. The fries were definitely not fresh. I've ordered the Philly cheese steak on another occasion and was very disappointed that ketcup, onions or peppers were not offered. I will not be eating Sonic's 😤
