  A nice, friendly store, but the rotisserie chickens leave much to desired. They are only half cooked. Even the breast was underdone, looked pink, didn't come off the bone. The breastbone leaked some blood. We cut it up, put it into the oven and baked it for 45 mins. It tasted bland. This is not a one time occurrence, it happened before.They just don't cook them long enough.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Jonathan, one of your cashiers at Giant, for the incredible experience he gave me. This was my first time shopping at Giant, and I honestly walked away feeling so welcomed and appreciated because of him. Jonathan was one of the friendliest, most genuine, and kind cashiers I have ever met. His attitude, customer service, and positive energy made such an impression on me that I can confidently say I will be shopping at Giant much more often. I have been a ShopRite customer for years, but after this experience, I may never look back. It is rare to come across someone who makes a simple grocery trip feel like a great experience. Jonathan is truly an asset to your store. I sincerely hope Giant recognizes how valuable he is and makes sure he is being compensated accordingly. Employees like Jonathan are the reason customers come back. He is an absolute angel and deserves to know that his kindness does not go unnoticed. Thank you for having someone like Jonathan representing your store.
