Either the counter person forgot to put my sandwich in the bag, no receipt, or she put my sandwich separate bag and gave me my coffee and bagels in one. I pick up my bag and left. Needles to say later I look for the sandwich and it's not there. Next day I went to the same place, bought my coffee and told the story to cashier expecting they would honor and give me a sandwich at no charge. She didn't. Well, they lost a customer who buys 2 to 3 cups of coffee EVERYDAY. I go now to Starbucks. They did honored this type of situation a long time ago, 8 years, hopefully they still do it.

There’s only two employees if I wanted to use the kiosk I would’ve ordered online or went through the drive-through so I left without ordering anything customer service was really bad.
